By accessing the LVSE neural network, you agree to the following protocols. Read carefully before initializing data transfer.

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the operator of the LVSE.io platform (hereinafter "Provider" or "LVSE") and the users ("Creators" and "Buyers"). LVSE acts strictly as a technical intermediary. The purchase agreement is concluded directly between the Creator and the Buyer.
2. User Account
To access advanced features, registration via Clerk is required. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. LVSE reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these protocols.
3. Protocols for Creators
- 0% Commission: LVSE does not charge fees on sales. Transaction fees (Stripe) are borne by the Creator.
- Starter Plan Limits: Free accounts are limited to 30 total sales. Upon reaching this limit, products are automatically locked until an upgrade is performed.
- Tax Responsibility: The Creator acts as the Merchant of Record and is solely responsible for all taxes (VAT, Sales Tax) globally.
4. Protocols for Buyers
- Digital Delivery: Content is available immediately in the Dashboard/Library.
- Download Links: Secure links are valid for 60 minutes and can be regenerated.
- Waiver of Withdrawal: By purchasing, you request immediate delivery and expressly waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU law.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts.
